Located near the physical center of the U.S., Murray is within a day’s drive of most customers and suppliers. Centered approximately between Nashville, St. Louis, Memphis and Cincinnati, we are also within an easy truck drive to other major Metro areas such as Atlanta or Chicago. The newest development in Murray is the new 140 acre Murray-West Industrial Park. Located on U.S. highway 641, the property is designed to meet and exceed the needs of any industrial or distribution client looking to locate in this community of excellence.

The site, which has been thoroughly vetted for all relevant environmental clearances, is well served with industrial grade infrastructure including 12” water mains, 6” steel high pressure gas lines and an 8” force main sewer with excellent excess capacity. There is a 500,000 gallon elevated water tank on site for outstanding pressure and fire protection. Three phase power is available from TVA and the site is served with fiber optic internet capacity provided by the Murray Electric System.

All in all, this site has been thoroughly planned to serve quality firms for a quality community and is soon to be “shovel ready” for your next project.
